TrueCheckIA provides AI-powered content detection services that analyze text, images, and other content to detect potential AI-generated material. Our Service provides probability scores and indicators, not definitive determinations.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You agree that:

  • Subscription fees are charged in advance
  • Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Credits do not roll over between billing periods

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

Important: Our AI detection provides probability scores and indicators, not definitive proof. Results should be used as one factor in your decision-making process, not as the sole basis for any determination. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by TrueCheckIA and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You retain ownership of content you submit for analysis.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL TRUECHECKIA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict of law principles.
